Michael received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and graduate degree from Adelphi University. He opened Family Hearing Aid Center in 1984. He is a member of the American-Speech-Language and Hearing Association and the Texas Academy of Audiology.

Patricia received a Bachelor of Journalism and a Master of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin. She has worked at Family Hearing Aid Center for over 10 years. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Texas Academy of Audiology.
